My Profile

Welcome! I am Eunseo Yang.

I am a master's student specializing in Human-AI Interaction. My research interests include personalized conversational AI and context-aware computing. I am particularly interested in interactions with conversational agents, such as chatbots and Voice User Interfaces(VUI). My focus is on exploring how to achieve more refined personalization in the interactions between users and conversational agents.

Previously, I researched providing tailored feedback to users experiencing presentation anxiety and automating presentation tools using voice interactions. Additionally, I have investigated proactive engagement strategies of AI chatbots to enhance learning experiences. Currently, my research is centered on understanding how users interact with voice-based chatbots in everyday life and determining the appropriate role for AI chatbots in these interactions.
